We're based in Ontario, NY, in Wayne County, and run fundraisers across Rochester & the Finger Lakes.
- Free delivery within 30 miles of Ontario, NY: Rochester, Webster, Penfield, Fairport, Pittsford, Victor, Canandaigua, Newark, Sodus and nearby.
- Farther away? Pick up your order at our place in Ontario, or we'll quote a delivery fee.
We can only sell and deliver within New York State. If your group is outside New York, we're not able to run your fundraiser yet.

Family and friends order online by card or on paper. Most sales run two to three weeks.
We pop, pack, and deliver
Every bag is popped fresh after the sale closes and packed in one tote per seller. Delivery is free within 30 miles of Ontario, NY.

Questions organizers ask
How much does our group earn?
Your group keeps 50% of every sale, based on the price your supporters pay. We cover the sales tax and card processing fees out of our half.
Does it cost anything to get started?
No. There's nothing to buy up front and no leftover inventory. We only pop what your supporters order.
How long does a fundraiser run?
Most run two to three weeks. We suggest reaching out three to four weeks before you want to start so we can set up your store and print your sellers' link cards.
How do supporters order?
Each seller gets a personal link and QR code to share by text, email, or social media. Supporters can also find a seller on your fundraiser's page, or fill out a paper order form and pay the seller by cash or check.
Who handles the money?
Online payments come to us. Your group collects any cash and checks from paper orders. After delivery we send a settlement report: we pay your share of online sales, minus the portion of paper money that's ours.
What about sales tax? We're tax exempt.
Prices include New York sales tax, and we take care of collecting and filing it. If your organization is tax exempt, send us your exemption certificate and we'll set the fundraiser up tax free.
Can family outside New York order?
We can only sell and deliver within New York State, so every order needs a New York delivery address. If your group offers “donate a bag,” supporters out of state can still help by buying bags that go to a local cause your group chooses.
How is the popcorn delivered?
Within 30 miles of Ontario, NY, we deliver free to your school or meeting place on the date we agree on. Farther away, you can pick up at our place in Ontario, or we'll quote a delivery fee. Either way, it comes packed in one tote per seller, grouped the way you organize your sellers, and each tote includes a list of that seller's customers and what they ordered.
